About Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA)
The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024 by the Government of the Punjab. Its mission is to streamline regulatory measures, improve enforcement of special laws, and ensure a transparent and compliant society through strong governance.
PERA is now inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and dynamic individuals for the position of Enforcement Officer (EO). This recruitment is being conducted to strengthen law enforcement across Punjab with postings in various divisions and districts.

Educational Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following qualification criteria:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or equivalent (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university.

Degrees in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Political Science, or Management will be considered highly relevant.
Physical Standards
Candidates must also fulfill strict physical fitness standards as follows:
For Male Candidates:

BMI: 27 (maximum)

Height: Minimum 170 cm (without shoes)

Chest: 34” (normal) and 36” (expanded) – expansion is mandatory

Running Test: 1 mile in 09 minutes
For Female Candidates:

Running Test: 1 mile in 14 minutes
