Available Positions
1. Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Number of Positions: 01

Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum LL.B (mandatory) from a recognized institution; LL.M / Bar-at-Law will be an added advantage.
-
Licensed Advocate of the High Court (mandatory).
-
At least 15 years of post-qualification legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large-scale national or multinational organization.
-
Minimum 10 years as an Advocate of the High Court.
-
Proven record in corporate legal advisory, dispute resolution, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong knowledge of NEPRA, SECP, PPRA, SOE Act 2023, Companies Act 2017.
-
Expertise in drafting and reviewing complex legal instruments, contracts, and MoUs.
-
Ability to provide proactive legal guidance and risk management to senior management and the Board.
-
High integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to handle sensitive legal matters.
-
Excellent written and spoken English with strong legal drafting and presentation skills.
Chief (Information Technology & Systems) – CIT&S

Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 16 years of education in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering/Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred).

HEC-recognized local or foreign university degree required.
-
Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, including 2 years in senior management (CIO, CTO, DG, etc.).
-
Experience in IT governance, ERP systems, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and business intelligence.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Proven leadership in large-scale IT organizations.
-
Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and data analytics.
-
Strong knowledge of IT-related regulatory frameworks, compliance, and data protection laws.
-
Demonstrated skills in drafting IT contracts, service-level agreements, and legal documents.
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Age Limit

Maximum Age: 62 years (at the closing date).

No further relaxation in age will be allowed.
Salary & Benefits
-
Market-based competitive salary package (Rs. 8.0 – Rs. 1.1 million per month) based on experience and qualifications.

Annual performance appraisal approved by the MEPCO Board of Directors.

Contractual position, non-pensionable, with no long-term benefits.
