Available Job Positions

As per the advertisement published in the Daily Jang Newspaper on 19 October 2025, the Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:

1. Director (Strategic Planning)

   • Education: Master’s degree in Public Administration, Management, Economics, or related disciplines.

   • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in educational policy, strategic planning, or management roles.

   • Skills Required:

     • Strong analytical and leadership skills.

     • Proven record in strategic project implementation.

2. Deputy Director (Strategic Planning)

     • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

4. Data Analyst

   • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

   • Experience: Experience in educational data analytics or research will be preferred.

   • Skills Required:

     • Strong knowledge of data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar).

     • Ability to interpret and present data insights for decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Relevant professional experience in management, education, or analytics.

• Strong interpersonal, research, and organizational skills.
