Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Requirement:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Health Management, or any relevant field from a recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in policy analysis, project planning, or development management (experience may vary based on position).

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Proficiency in policy formulation, monitoring & evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with government frameworks, international development programs, and the health sector will be an added advantage.
