Available Position
Position Title: Hybrid Social Protection Specialist
BISP is seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Hybrid Social Protection Specialist. The selected candidate will play a vital role in developing, managing, and implementing hybrid social protection strategies that integrate digital innovation and traditional welfare mechanisms to enhance program delivery and outreach.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience & Skills Required:

Strong understanding of social protection programs and poverty alleviation mechanisms.

Proven experience in designing or managing social welfare or government-funded initiatives.

Familiarity with digital systems, hybrid policy frameworks, and data-driven program management.

Excellent analytical, research, and reporting skills.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee hybrid social protection models combining digital innovation and traditional welfare support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with national and international social protection goals.

Analyze program performance and recommend improvements for better efficiency and inclusivity.

Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and implementation plans.

Provide technical expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building.
