Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates with the following educational backgrounds will be preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.

Master’s or MS degree in Technology Management, Public Policy, or ICT-related disciplines.
Experience Requirements:

At least 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in ICT policy, technology consulting, or government digital projects.

Proven experience in managing ICT programs or public-sector consultancy assignments will be an advantage.
