Available Job Positions

According to the advertisement published in the Daily Jang Newspaper on 19 October 2025, the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (MOIT) invites applications from qualified professionals for the following positions in Islamabad:

1. Procurement Specialist

   • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.

   • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public procurement or project management.

   • Skills Required:

     • Deep understanding of PPRA Rules and procurement frameworks.

     • Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.

     • Proficiency in documentation and vendor evaluation.

2. Policy & Program Research Consultant

   • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Management, or ICT.

   • Experience: 5–8 years of research and policy analysis experience, preferably in ICT or public sector development.

   • Skills Required:

     • Excellent report-writing and data analysis skills.

     • Knowledge of ICT policy frameworks and development programs.

     • Ability to develop policy briefs and strategic reports.

3. Cloud-Native Software Architect

   • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.

   • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or software design.

   • Skills Required:

     • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

     • Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

     • Strong understanding of system scalability and performance optimization.

4. Scrum Master

   • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields.

   • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Agile project management or software delivery.

   • Skills Required:

     • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

     • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

     • Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in the relevant field.

• Demonstrated professional experience in public or private sector projects.

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Candidates with experience in ICT, software development, or digital transformation will be preferred.
